I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though old, were roomy and sufficient for a short stay, offering a warm and comfortable ambiance with a bright bathroom and powerful shower. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and always ready to assist. The location was amazing, providing stunning views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. However, the dining options were limited, and the facilities could use some improvement.

Our stay at the hotel was simply breathtaking. The rooms, overlooking Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji, offered a stunning view that left us in awe. The service, although not very supportive, did show us some great sightseeing spots. The location, right on the lake, was perfect for us, but we had to be cautious crossing the busy street nearby. The dining experience had a wide range of food choices, but the lack of eggs was disappointing. The facilities were convenient, making our stay pleasant overall.

I couldn't find the rate for the room on their Japanese website, but the hotel's location just opposite the lake is fantastic, offering a direct view of Mt. Fuji. The room directly overlooking Mount Fuji is truly breathtaking.
